Orchid Consulting was founded out of a shared conviction: investing in women-led businesses is one of the highest-return moves anyone can make — financially and for the communities we all live in.
Women-led businesses are one of the most underleveraged economic opportunities in the world. When women build and lead businesses, they create jobs for other women, reinvest in families and communities, and reshape what's possible for the people around them. Yet they consistently receive less access to the strategic resources, networks, and capital that their peers take for granted.
While we can't write checks yet, we can show up with strategy, rigor, and the genuine belief in the women who are building our communities. That's why we built Orchid Consulting — to close the gap between ambition and access.
A junior at UNC-Chapel Hill studying Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Co-founder of the Carolina Credit Union Initiative with experience leading operations for an $11M+ restaurant. Catherine oversees financial analysis, business strategy, and internal operations — and founded Orchid Consulting out of the conviction that investing in women-led businesses is a true investment in the community.
A junior at UNC-Chapel Hill studying Communications. Norah leads client relationships, outreach strategy, and the firm's external brand voice. She manages the firm's social media presence and is the primary lead for marketing and market research engagements — bringing a sharp eye for messaging and a genuine connection to every client relationship.
